On-site Engineer

On-site operation and maintenance: support daily maintenance work of 8 hours per working day, 5 working days per week

1. Responsible for the overall network, security equipment monitoring, maintenance and management, troubleshooting and performance analysis of Saudi ICL data center;

2. Responsible for the configuration and security policy management of network devices such as firewalls and switches in Saudi ICL data center;

3. Responsible for providing network and security technical support for business system construction or version launch in Saudi Arabia;

4. Responsible for daily inspection and asset management of data center and related IT equipment and system, including IT equipment such as computer room network and server, and supporting infrastructure such as physical environment of computer room, air conditioner, UPS, access control and video surveillance;

5. Responsible for daily maintenance of Saudi ICL data center IT system and equipment and supporting infrastructure, including fault reporting, spare parts replacement, initial installation and deployment of servers, assisting suppliers in the implementation of loading and unloading, etc.

المهارات
1. College degree or above, major in computer science, more than 3 years experience in operation and maintenance of data center IT infrastructure;

2. English can be used as working language, knowledge of Chinese and English is preferred;

3.Be familiar with the operational data center network, IP routing and switching technology, familiar with mainstream network vendors (Huawei/H3C/Cisco/PA/Arista, etc.) of the exchange, firewalls and other network routing and security products and solutions, the implementation of the related project ability, can carry on the independent to the above equipment installation, configuration and commissioning;

4. Familiar with Linux mainstream operating system knowledge, capable of independent server installation, deployment, configuration and debugging;

5. Proactive, responsible, good team work and communication and coordination skills;
