Esports Sales & Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated Esports Sales & Business Development Manager to build sales opportunities and form connections with new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our client acquisition and revenue goals. The right team member will work for KAFU to contribute new ideas for company growth. Using their knowledge of the company, our products, and services to look for new ways to improve service/product quality and build off of existing offerings. Duties And Responsibilities: * Communicate, discover and follow up on all client/agent interactions for new and existing business opportunities * Perform constant active client management * Understand all client needs while presenting services as solutions to clients * Take each opportunity to learn more about existing and new clients * Help develop sponsor solutions and activation ideas for sponsor campaigns * Coordinates closely with Esports management and internal stakeholders to understand terms of proposed deals, then independently models financial outcomes based on a variety of assumptions. Assesses proposed deals to determine their financial impact * Engage in the full sales cycle from the initial contract, to discovery, to rate sourcing/Quoting, to systemic set-up, and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business * Perform other related duties as assigned by management * Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements * Having an in-depth knowledge of business services, products and value proposition * Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, events, etc.) to create self-generated sales opportunities * Working as a partner with the business leads to ensure the achievement of goals as outlined by the client Requirements & Qualifications: * 5+ years of gaming or esports sales and business development, with an emphasis on content sponsorship and integration * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate * Possess a dedication o sales, client/agent development, and overall revenue growth * Effective communication skills with team members and clients * Ability to follow instructions and follow up on assigned tasks * Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful situations * Strong problem-solving skills * Able to articulate trends clearly and confidently * Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Communicate client ideas, information, and needs to other internal departments * Successfully work within a team environment Location Riyadh, Riyadh
