Handles customer complaints and takes appropriate actions to keep the customer satisfied Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. Ensures the application of all food safety and cleaning standards in the restaurant Ensures ordering goods according to the par level stock, to control the cost, waste and the inventory variance Responsible of food waste in the restaurant Responsible for the restaurant petty cash and presents proper documentations Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. Controls cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures. Conducts interviews for recruiting team members and filling the vacancies as per the annual restaurant manpower planning, and maintains up to date plan of the restaurant staff needs. Ensures that all HR policies and regulations are applied in the restaurant. Responsible for developing a positive environment to increase harmony between team members for better productivity Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development. Ensures that all team members have knowledge of the new products and trains any discrepancies Prepares all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs. Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures. Oversees and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
