الوصف الوظيفي •Perform communication and follow-up with recruiting agencies (if needed) for specific positions •Schedule/attend recruitment events to source candidates •Perform screening of CVs and shortlisting of candidates •Coordinate with departments that need staff to review shortlisted candidates and agree on interviews •Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for attending interview and coordinate with Employee Relations any logistics or travel requirements •Perform scheduling of interviews and coordinate with department on decisions and communication •Develop offer letters, follow up with candidates, and answer queries about package and other related job offer information •Develop employees’ contracts based on templates developed by Legal & Company Secretary •Develop and maintain the CV database •Coordinate with Employee Relations, Government Services, and Organization Development to finalize recruitment and legal/ immigration paperwork to open file with all the employment details •Coordinate the induction of new employees in cooperation with Legal & Company Secretary •Record and archive all documentation related to the recruitment process •Manage the relationship with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) •Prepare and submit all national employment forms and official documents required for Saudi employees by HRDF •Collect HRDF subsidies and the ensure the crediting of the Netaqat points in a prompt manner, and provide all required documentation and clarification to expedite the collection of subsidies in case of any delayFormulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes. •Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent is required Experience •1+ years of experience in a Human Resources position within a leading regional organization •Experience in real estate or related industry is preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/recruiting-officer-4508575/ |
