The role is vital in ensuring that we’ve delivering the best creative work, on time, and to clients who rave about not only the quality of our work, but our service as well. Key components of the role include providing seamless project delivery, growing the value of our client relationships, and bringing your knowledge of culture to the team. You’ll work hand in hand with our Creative and Strategy teams to deliver compelling answers to client’s business challenges, to transform their communications, their products, their categories. You’ll be responsible for: * Supporting the Senior Account Director on client led projects across major accounts, with world-class project management skills. * Working closely with key departments including Creative, Strategy, Ad Ops and Production, as well as managing external relationships and suppliers in delivering projects. * Working alongside the Marketing teams to assist with the marketing of VICE, including social content creation and the running of branded events. * Supporting the new business departments to scope and develop responses for new business opportunities. You will also have: * Two years of work experience in a similar environment, working in marketing, advertising and/or media, preferably a creative agency, with experience on projects with major clients; * Interest in what’s happening not just in the advertising world, but more broadly in terms of what’s happening culturally in Australia, and the world; * A passionate and curious approach to innovative and non-traditional brand communications; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; * Deep knowledge of culture, media, marketing and technology.
