Responsible for studying and reporting on Macroeconomic factors and project specific factors effecting the pricing of all ongoing projects. To provide feedback to the costing team to allow the latest market trends to be captured in pricing and inform the executive through monthly reporting to enable management of risk associated with price inflation.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Collaborate with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Study and compare all active and planned projects to allow bench-marking and reporting of key financial and parametric metrics.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
Able to communicate in English and Arabic
At least 3 years experience on the same field
Mandatory experience in real state or FM industry.
Preferable Saudi Arabia nationality
For non Saudis, Transferable iqama is a must
