Produces and ensure that dishes are well to ahigh standard
Produce the dishes in a timely manner
Receive check and store deliveries
Integrate, train and supervise the commis chefs and apprentices
Organize the preparation of the specialty dishes
Allocate duties to the team of coomis chefs
To ensure that dishes are correctly prepared in line with restaurant standards
To work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of the food & beverage offer in a view to maximizing revenue opportunities and exceeding customer expectations
المهارات
Fluent in oral and writing English
Preparing meat dishes and meat marinades and sauces
Basic food hygiene certificate with knowledge of health and safety standards
2 years experience at similar position or demi chef de partie position (specially Asian or Japanese cuisine)
Ability to work with multinational people
Ability to follow oral and written instruction and work independently
