You will be joining the Advisory team of Capgemini Middle East. You will bring: * A proven experience in management consultancy and international projects * An experience in one of the following industries: Financial services, Public sector, CPRD or Telco * A proven experience in one or more of the following fields: Operating model, customer experience, innovation, market intelligence, data, sustainability, or operational excellence * Experience in participating in change or transformation projects in an international context * A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a commercial mindset
Furthermore:
• You are fluent in English. Arabic is an additional asset • You understand the link between strategy, business models and operating models • You have very strong interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, verbal and written communication skills • You are analytics-minded and possess a strong ability to rationalize when faced with complex, interdependent challenges • You can empathize with clients in politically challenging environments and can work under pressure within given timeframes • You are a digital native, are eager to learn and want to grow rapidly in our organization • You are a team player that can work in teams with people of different grades and backgrounds • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented and have a can-do mentality • You are flexible in terms of assignment location
An overview of the role
Our consultants are at the heart of our delivery teams enabling clients to successfully transform. They develop new skills and rapidly build experience of the clients and industries we support. They often bring new ideas and help drive our digital innovation agenda. • You’ll work with leading companies to assist them in developing, prioritizing, and delivering their objectives • You’ll participate to the design and delivery of work streams whilst playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery, contributing to our offers and knowledge, as well as developing new business • You’ll identify and analyze problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and adoption of our proposed solutions into the business • You’ll apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the team’s plans and objectives are achieved • You’ll bring the right combination of style and substance, ensuring that the basics are right, whilst always focusing on we add value to our clients • You’ll work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement and provide thought leadership to advance your reputation as a trusted partner with internal and external audiences • We really believe in creating a partnership with our customers, you will get to know the customer’s needs and challenges, demo innovative solutions and quickly solve problems.
