الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Engage with stakeholders in cross-functional teams to establish overall portfolio goals and milestones that correlate to corporate systems and clients’ needs. Elicit and capture business needs represented in business & system requirements, business processes, and customer journeys from all stakeholders. Modeling requirements in textual and diagramed techniques, with preference for Unified Modeling Language (UML) standards (for example: Use Case Scenarios, User Stories, Use Case Diagram, Data Dictionary, Process Workflow, etc.) Use visual representation such as prototypes and wireframes to validate and present to stakeholders, empowering user experience. Work within projects methodologies of both Waterfall and Agile. Perform and Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with both internal and external stakeholders to validate business needs. Verify business requirements with Technology teams to support preparing effort estimation, and design of nonfunctional specifications. Mentored, guided, and assist junior business analysts in their BA deliverables by the policies and procedures.
