الوصف الوظيفي Job Description: Ensure that Net Promoter Score (NPS) outbound call KPIs is achieved each month. Receive incoming phone calls from customers and pass and track the enquiry to the relevant person within the business to ensure the customer gets the correct reply to their enquiry Track and monitor all incoming enquiries via the web / telephone. Track incentive progress / results on behalf of the Head of Customer Service. Track Service-Trak Leads and publish results each month, with weekly updates. Support the Marketing Executive with Google Ad-word Campaigns. Track website performance and web campaigns. Update social media campaigns ensure prompt responses to customer comments.
