Job Description
Sourcing Manager (Modular Furniture) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are looking to hire a Sourcing Manager (Modular Furniture) for Southeast Asia and India’s largest, most trusted and fastest-growing omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform. It is an English and Arabic speaking role and the right candidate must have a background in the interior fit-out industry. Responsibilities: * Build contract manufacturing capacity for finished products by analysing the demand patterns and regional requirements. * Develop models to understand cost build-up across the supply chain to drive cost optimization projects through re-sourcing, value engineering and analysis and production process change. * Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders. * Establish purchasing policies and ensure compliance by supplier and internal teams. * Identify industry trends and supply base shifts by visiting trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc. * Evaluate evolving technology to proactively minimize risk, protect continuity of supply and utilize emerging opportunities. Requirements: * 8 years of experience in operations role focused on supply chain, sourcing, inventory management, material sourcing, manufacturing processes improvement in relevant manufacturing and e-commerce industry. * Prior experience in domestic/international sourcing in manufacturing/furniture industries. * Proficient with spreadsheets, business planning, financial modelling, process mapping and project management tools. *Role will require extensive travel across various vendor locations.
