Maintain MicroStrategy platform in Windows/Linux environments on premise and on cloud.
Configure database instances, user setup, ACL security, and governance settings.
Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy development tools including Developer, Web, Object Manager, Enterprise Manager, Command Manager, Integrity Manager
Monitor, report, and investigate solutions to improve report performance.
Continuously improve the platform through tuning, optimization, governance, automation, and troubleshooting.
Provide support for the platform, investigate bugs on the MicroStrategy user community, and data investigations.
Ability to prioritize and perform administrative functions with minimal oversight.
Focus on automation by developing and utilizing command manager scripts. Python experience preferred.
Build relationships across the enterprise to facilitate a team approach to project execution, including communicating clearly with non-technical colleagues.
Document and share best practices.
Determine feasibility of requests, identifies best approach to provide technology solutions to meet business needs and provide detailed estimations
Extraordinary attention to detail and drive for superior product quality.
Discover and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement
Participate in on-call rotation
