As the Business Services Director, you will oversee the effective management of client relationships, lead on product implementation, end user training and technical support, drive high utilization and ensure ROI of business applications and licensed products providing unrivaled value to our company Clients.
The scope of the role also covers participation in product development roadmaps; support of strategic initiatives across our target healthcare providers market segment in-line with the company financial objectives; participate in the commercial success of the product development mile stones and financial targets by identifying and leading on market opportunities and diversity of revenue sources; coordinate projects and programs; evaluate business trends and make recommendations to improve solutions relevance and innovation through the additions of system features; participate on, and lead, work groups and committees; supervise assigned staff that will include software engineers, business analysts, support and end user training staff.
Responsibilities
Act as the trusted technology and business advisor to end users designing the best solutions and workflows to exceed with focus on scope of business needs, exceptional user experience, interoperability and scalability.
Lead and oversee the business analysis, requirements engineering and systems integrations closely with clients’ technical teams.
Manage the incident and applications management functions.
Work closely with clients to support their needs and ensure development or feature enhancement of most suited technology solutions as well as identifying new products/opportunities for the KSA market as defined by business strategy.
Develop and implement the business cases for new or improved services/product offerings and lead the cross functional team to bring those services to life.
Manage the products/services portfolio across its lifecycle, from introduction to end of service life, including roadmaps, transition plans, and communication.
Engage with business development and marketing teams, client account managers and sales to ensure clear understanding of the offerings and value proposition as well as providing technical presales sales support with external clients.
Develop and maintain dashboards/project plans and management reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance of the business applications, user satisfaction levels and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
Work closely with Product Development and Solution delivery teams to ensure skills are in place to deploy a compelling customer experience.
Manage the company portfolio of solutions, including relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and acting on escalations to ensure the customer receives the best value out of the solution and are aware of all features and systems functions that can aid business productivity and operational efficiency.
Overseeing departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
Implementing policies that are chosen by the organization or by regulatory authorities.
Identifying and recommending new strategic and tactical technology solutions.
