Your Responsibilities

Develop and enforce ITSCM strategy and plans.
Develop and maintain ITSCM policies and procedures.
Ensuring that all IT service continuity management plans, risks and activities underpin are aligned with all business continuity management plans, risks and activities.
Manage DRP and BCP along with respective teams.
Perform a business continuity plan focused Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis, in cooperation with the IT Risk &Internal;Controls section/role of GDBT, in order to plan for the continuity of critical IT processes during emergency situations.
Ensure the testing of the Disaster Recovery plan on a regular basis.
Meeting the agreed plans and documented targets under any circumstances.
Ensure that all required IT services are tested and ready to respond to a disaster.
Coordinate with BCM team for any business testing and Plan the needed technical testing on these services and work on the failed cases.
Coordinate with Operation teams for the monthly DR Drill (technical testing) on all services in DR and ensure the resolutions for the failed cases.
Build and ensure the GDBT Crisis response readiness.
Ensure the assignment of the roles and responsibilities to the GDBT staff for handling IT related disaster situations.
Communicate and maintain awareness of IT service continuity management objectives within IT service areas.
Manage and update BIA every quarter to ensure operation teams capabilities and commitments on related RTOs.
Report on TOI units\vendors’ performance to respective managers and boards to assess this performance thoroughly and discuss further actions to be taken.
Reports of KPIs and metrics to be produced, analyzed and submitted to management for necessary actions.
Ensure the Knowledge been shared and transferred to the Compliance section staff.
Track that all projects and change requests contain disaster recovery plans and continuity actions.
Build the IT Disaster Recovery framework, plans and compliance process.
Participate the Negotiation and contracting for any related DR subject.
Your Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Corporate Governance of IT
ITMG – IT Management
COPL
Demonstrated awareness of the social, environmental and corporate impact of ICT.
Familiarity with relevant national and international legislation pertaining to the Government/Public Sector IT – e.g. Data Protection Act, EU Procurement Directives.
