الوصف الوظيفي The purpose of this role is to support the Middle East HR team with meeting our functional and regional HR goals and objectives and provide the business with a strong and reliable business partnership experience daily. This role is based in the Riyadh office and will be the main point of contact for all KSA employee queries and requests. This role will also work closely and collaboratively with the Middle East Dubai team to ensure all HR processes, procedures and activities are mirrored in both locations for a unified practice. Working towards ensuring an efficient HR function for our growing ME region with special emphasis on our KSA needs. Looking at opportunities to provide excellent HR services and support bridging HR processes, policies, and procedures as part of the Middle East practice. You will be able to demonstrate a profile of: Prioritising appropriately and working to agreed deadlines, managing expectations of internal clients and other members of the team. IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience of using spreadsheets and databases Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Finance and prior experience of working in the HR team or in a similar role is highly desired.
