We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, and performing the 360-recruitment cycle. Possess high knowledge of filtration, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

The Senior Recruiter will perform his/her duties under the direct supervision and instructions of the Regional Management in our Head Offices in KSA.

The ideal candidate shall have a solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, and performing the 360-recruitment cycle. Possess high knowledge of filtration, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field).

· SHRM is a plus.

· 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).

· Experience in executive search and head hunting.
