We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Recruiter to join our team in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, talent acquisition, and performing the 180-recruitment cycle. Possess high knowledge of filtration, screening, phone interviewing, and hiring practices. The Junior Recruiter will perform his/her duties under the direct supervision of the Senior Recruiter as well as the Regional Management in our Head Offices in KSA.

The ideal candidate shall have a solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performing the 180-recruitment cycle. Possess high knowledge of filtration, screening, phone interviewing, and hiring practices.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field).

· SHRM is a plus.

· 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).

· Experience in filtration and screening of CVs.
