To monitor sales trend on inventory, production and inventory plan which will drive the production, finished goods inventory, maintain the reports updated and ensure the stock is replenished to the company branch with accurate and necessary inventory.
Responsibilities:
Develop effective forecast models based on sales trends and demand patterns.
communicate forecast and inventory estimations to the line manager
Monitor and report on important changes in the sales forecasts, budget, and business strategies
Develop and communicate Daily/ weekly / monthly stock reports Finish goods and packaging
Monitor the accuracy of replenishment & Launch to the stores as per company service level.
Collaborate with cross functional SC ie: (Packaging/ NPD/ Production) to support innovation, capacity, and efficiency: Leading continuous improvement initiatives and Problem -Solving cases.
Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
المهارات
Qualifications:
A minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience
Bachler Degree /Diploma in Business Administration or related field
