Supervising several Construction & Renovation Projects simultaneously
Negotiating and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
Resolving any issues or delays
Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
Reporting regularly on progress to the company management and stakeholders
Working in an office and regular visits on construction site.

Qualifications:
Good knowledge of construction management processes
Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Good time-management skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
