الوصف الوظيفي QC Engineer is responsible for preparation of project specific material submittal & method statements. Monitoring of the Quality Management System to safely execute, & commission to specifications. Perform Site inspections, identify gaps and proposing corrective actions. Participation of client meetings, and coordination with internal & external parties. Mentoring & training of site team on the best work practices, sharing knowledges & lessons learnt across the organization at all levels. 2. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Managerial/Supervisory Duties - Develop Project Quality Plans - Carry out material inspections & installation inspections as per project quality plan - Preparation of MIR & WIR - Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records. - Promotes Quality Awareness among project team members, contractors and vendors. - Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives. - Follow up on action items and maintain status register - Contribute to the annual Management Review. - Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site. - Surveying the site. - Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Ensure that all materials used and work performed is as per specifications. - Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant. - Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect; - Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; - Liaise with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors) - Oversee quality control matters on site and insure the quality plan compliance at all times. - Prepare reports as required; 3. Required Qualifications: 3.1. Education Requirements An Engineering degree from a four (4) year accredited university with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar operations Experience Requirements This position should have experience in installation of piping networks, welding and installation procedures for various MEP/LPG equipment and accessories. المهارات · Good knowledge of gas networks, composition, pressure and types · Good knowledge of electrical circuits · Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of people, tools, tanks and needed material for execution Managerial/Supervisory Skills · Very good organizational and time management skills with the ability to provide leadership, supervision and training for five (5) or more employees using positive supervisory techniques to ensure maximum productivity · Demonstrated team building experience · Ability to train and develop people · Very good detail in follow-up تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/quality-control-inspector-4480981/ |
