Our Client

A European Management Consultancy.

On their behalf we are looking to hire 5x BPM Consultants to support the delivery of a post-merger integration project in Saudi Arabia.

**6 MONTH EXTENDABLE CONTRACT BASIS.

Your Responsibilities

Model, maintain, document, automate, and optimize company’s business processes and SLAs through interacting with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Develop, deploy, and manage business excellence processes and systems that result in operational efficiency and effectiveness through effective quality management practices.
Manage the development and enhancement of the process engineering methodology and standards including operating guide, templates, tools, etc. in line with leading practices. And propose efficiency improvement projects, as required.
Establish service level agreements with relevant stakeholders as per the company policies and procedures.
Analyse process measurements, provide recommendations and follow-up on effective implementation.
Your Qualifications/Experience

Relevant Certifications in Business Process Management. (e.g. CBPP, CBPL)
Business Related Degree
Experience using ARIS tool.
BPM Documentation
Business Process Optimization.
