A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY is looking to hire a Sales Officer.
Function Accountability
implements sales plan that covers sales targets, and sales tactics for Company’s real estate projects.
Understand targeted Sales Market Segments and supports in selecting best sales channels accordingly.
Supports in Developing Annual Sales Forecast and revise and update it depending economic factors and trends.
Supports in Overseeing performance of outsourced sales team by setting individual targets and ensuring they reach planned target.
المهارات
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Markeing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
More than 5 years of work experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
Certifications in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations are a Plus.
Knowledge about real estate products & services.
