A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY is looking to hire a Structural Engineer.
Function Accountability
Coordinate with architects and engineering teams to develop structural designs and share with management for approval.
Carry out calculations related to pressures, loads, and stresses the structures are expected to encounter and incorporate the inputs into the structural design.
Create design documents and models for individual construction modules as well as overall structural plans using software modelling tools.
Evaluate and select construction materials structural design calculations and safety regulations.
Work closely with the civil engineering team and provide inputs for construction blueprints in alignment with finalized structural designs and project plans.
Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations prior to construction work and highlight red flags to requisite stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
Prepare and share engineering status reports with requisite stakeholders.
المهارات
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent is required.
More than 5 years of experience in Civil / Structural Engineering in real estate/residential projects.
