Job Objective:
Shapes strategic initiatives and leads key global projects to successful integration (e.g., Change Management, Growth initiatives, Transformation programs)
Aligns on project specifications with project sponsor (e.g., scope, milestones, resources)
Successful leadership of assigned projects through all phases, working closely with senior executives from various departments and geographical areas
Executes on ad hoc assignments to address immediate business needs
Develops a good understanding of the systems available at MBC Group and knows how to use them to support the project outcomes
Ensures and supports the MBC Group Project Management methodologies in the daily work
المهارات
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration
8+ years of strategy consultancy background, ideally combined with a multinational, interdivisional, cross functional experience
Strong experience in international PMO work with planning and leading strategic initiatives, including global transformation programs, Change Management
Strong leadership and project management skills to ensure result delivery in a global matrix organization
Effective communicator and ability to build relationships across diverse teams in an inclusive organization
Fascinated by a fast-paced environment and dynamic and international team
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); Arabic is an asset
Demonstrates the ability to create a culture of collaboration and teamwork that fosters open communication, constructive feedback, and thinking out of the box
PMP qualified or project management qualifications is a must
Experience in financial analysis to assess projects from an investor perspective
