Urgent requirement for a Transmission Engineer for a multinational Telecommunications Vendor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as permanent employee. The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and preferably speak Arabic.
Role:
Proactive maintenance, Restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and permanent solution)
Implement disaster recovery plan, Escalating to CS and R&D;and providing the required information
Second line support to field maintenance team and FO team, Output technical trouble shooting cases
Release and data management (such as back up), Transmission network related dimension and planning
Implementation for expansion , rehoming and integration, End to end optimization (planning and implementation)
Reporting: regarding KPI weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding to Faults and handed on time.
المهارات
Principle accountabilities
Familiar with DWDM technology, including integration & commissioning, NMS operation, service configuration, troubleshooting for technical issues, OD & FD features, ASON, L2 over DWDM.
Familiar with DWDM metro & DWDM backbone solution, has good experience to make design for whole network & how to use analyzers of DWDM & how to build ATP test cases.
Familiar with Huawei delivery procedure, has good experience to lead technical team & follow with materials progress & cover technical communication with customer as well as internally & control all technical risks.
Candidate must have advanced optical networking skills including but not limited to CWDM/DWDM technologies
In-depth knowledge of wide range of transmission equipment such as Huawei, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, Nortel.
3+ experience in designing Transmission Network solutions.
Strong Transmission equipment configuration and troubleshooting skills.
TX Vendors certifications are in plus.
Excellent communication skills verbal & written.
Good analytical skills
