IP/Datacom Engineer

Urgent requirement for an IP/ Datacom Engineer for a multinational Telecommunications Vendor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and preferably speak Arabic.

Role:

Responsible for handling IP technical problems in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
Responsible for assurance of customer agreed technical standards both for projects & customer support services.
Responsible for supporting SPM and have a good technical interaction with customer, good Customer Relationship with peers in Customer department
Responsible for establish a maintenance routine and able to timely handle customer technical problem, product related changes, product issues and correction releases
Support training for customers, subcontractors and partners
Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
Responsible for Datacom technical support, including product testing and product delivery.
Understanding customer requirements and identify their possible long-term needs.
Offer tailored solutions based on customers’ requirements and needs.
Preparing and evaluating Project Delivery Solutions.
Experience in Project Management.
Offer trainings to partner for Capability Improvement.
المهارات
At least 3 years of experiences in ICT Industry;
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP principles and familiar with network protocols such as BGP/MPLS/OSPF/MPLS;
Deep understanding and experience in product delivery or maintenance service: Router, switches, WLAN, firewall;
Experience in technical services for solutions: Campus Networks, Wide Area Networks, and Data Center Networks;
Certification holders of HCIE, HCIP, HCIA, CCNP, ATP, DCS, JNCIP or NRS II are preferred;
Good presentation skills with an outgoing personality;
Good communication skill as team player;
Fluent in English language.
