Urgent requirement for an IMS & EPC Core Engineer for a multinational Telecommunications Vendor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as permanent employee. The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and preferably speak Arabic.
Role:
The candidate should have a good knowledge in Core IMS/EPC/5GC, Virtual Network acquired through technical training and several years of practical experience.
Network Performance Management
NFV/SDN Experience (vIMS, vEPC, 5GC, PCRF, HSS/UDM…)
Good Knowledge in Core PS, IMS/EPC 2G/3G/4G optimization methodology
VoLTE Troubleshooting and call trace analysis
Good knowledge on Core IMS/EPC/5GC parameters and Features
Deep understanding of Core MS/EPC/5GC 2G/3G/4G/5G signalling and protocol layers (S1, S11, SIP, Diameter,…)
Reporting and good analytical level
A Core Network Vendor Experience is a plus

Principle accountabilities
4+ years’ experience in telecom equipment vendor hands-on experience in voice solution design, deployment, service migration and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of Core Network system including IMS, CS and NGN.
Thorough knowledge of VoBB service, VoLTE service, CS/NGN service, interfaces, protocols, etc.
Very good knowledge of NFV/CloudOS/VNFM/IP.
Strong sense of integrity, responsibility and initiative.
Self-organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
Proven ability to diagnose and localize technical problem using logical analysis techniques
Flexible to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communication & team work skills
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors
