MEP Engineer

A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY is looking to hire an MEP Engineer.

Function Accountability

Conduct analysis of final designs and create plans for design, development, and testing of mechanical systems to be deployed.
Create requirements for systems, machines, instruments, etc. required for project execution and share with the project management teams.
Coordinate with architects and civil engineering teams to ensure construction activities are completed as per the design plans.
Ensure installation, calibration, and repair work is carried out for mechanical devices and systems to be deployed in the projects.
Carry out rigorous testing for all installed machinery and systems and ensure that identified defects are rectified.
Arrange training sessions for construction staff related to the use of machines and other equipment and provide ongoing support.
Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and establish protocols for maintenance of systems after project completion.
Prepare and share engineering status reports with requisite stakeholders.

المهارات
Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electric Engineering or equivalent is required
More Than 5 years of experience in Mechanical/ electrical Engineering in real estate projects.
