A SEMI GOVERNMENT COMPANY is looking to hire a Projects Coordinator.
Function Accountability
Manage activities related to assigned projects including adherence to project timelines and budgets, operational support, data management, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the performance of programs and project portfolios including quality, budget, cost and other parameters.
Ensure adherence to project reporting structure, governance frameworks, and documentation requirements and processes.
Track the master plan of assigned development projects and highlight deviations to requisite internal stakeholders.
Schedule and organize review meetings and other internal meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and other necessary records from the same.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to be provided to senior stakeholders for reviews and updates.
Update and maintain project related documentation such as project setup forms, invoices, approved designs, etc.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to milestones, budget, and deliverables.
المهارات
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA, or equivalent is required.
More than 5 years of experience in the construction or Real Estate industry.
