مطلوب مهندس مساحة Survey Engineer

وصف عام

الإشراف على جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالمسح وأخذ قراءات المسح وزيادة عمليات المسح لمواقع العمل ومراجعة قراءات ملفات المسح والتأكد من الدقة والحد من حجم أعمال المقاولات المنجزة.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

ضمان إنجاز العمل المطلوب في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية.
مراقبة وتحليل عمليات رفع المسح وإعداد التقارير التي تبين النسب المئوية من إنجاز.
الإشراف على تنفيذ كل ما يزيد من كفاءة الإنجاز بما في ذلك تطوير العمل طرق.
دراسة واعتماد الرسومات الإنشائية الأولية للمشاريع المقترحة بناءً على الرسومات الهندسية التي قادمة من مهندس البناء في البرامج ذات الصلة.
استلام طلبات إدارة تنفيذ المشروع بخصوص بيانات رفع المسح وتحديد مقدارها العمل المنجز.

المهام :

التأكد من دقة قراءات مواقع العمل والأعمال المنجزة والمعتمدة.
الإشراف والمتابعة على كافة الأعمال المتعلقة بأخذ القراءات ورفع مسح المشاريع المنجزة واعتماد تقارير الجرد الكمي.
التأكد من أعمال الصيانة الدورية لآلات القراءة المساحية.
إعداد سير العمل وتقارير الأعمال المنجزة وتسليمها إلى كل شخص معني.
القيام بأية مهمة يتم تكليفه بها تتعلق بالمسح وحساب الكميات.
التواصل مع المقاولين / صاحب المشروع / الاستشاري بشأن جميع الأمور الفنية المتعلقة بالمسوحات والخطط وتسليم نقاط المسح الخاصة بالمشروع واعتماد تقارير الجرد للأعمال المنجزة.
ضمان ومتابعة صيانة الاجهزة الضوئية والالكترونية.
التواصل مع البلديات للحصول على الخرائط التنظيمية الأساسية والمحدثة ثم تطبيقها على المخططات.

Survey Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Supervising all surveying related matters, taking survey readings, increase surveying of the work sites, reviewing the readings of survey profiles, ensuring accuracy and limiting the amount of the completed contracting work.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensureing the completion of the required work on time with high quality.
Observation and analysing the processes of the survey elevation and preparation of reports which showing percentages of achievement.
Supervising the implementation of all things which increas the efficiency of achievement, including the development of work methods.
Studying and approving the preliminary construction drawings of the proposed projects based on the engineering drawings that coming from the construction engineer on the relevant programs.
Receiving the applications of the project implementation department regarding to the survey lifting data and limiting the amount of the performed work.

TASKS

Ensureing the accuracy of the work sites readings, completed and approved works.
Supervision and follow-up all work which related to taking readings and raising the survey of ​​ completed projects and approve the quantitative inventory reports.
Ensureing the regular maintenance work for the survey reading machines.
Prepare work flow and completed works reports and deliver them to each involved person.
Perform any task assigned to him which related on the survey and the quantities calculation.
Communicate with the contractors / project owner / consultant regarding on all technical matters which related to surveys, plans, delivery of the project survey points and the approval of the inventory reports of the completed works.
Ensureing and following up the maintenance of optical and electronical equipments.
Communicates with the municipalities to obtain the basic and updated organization maps then applied them on the drawings.

مهارات خاصة

بكالوريوس هندسة مساحية أو هندسة مدنية أو ما يعادلها في نفس المجال.
(8) سنوات خبرة في مجال المساحة والكميات على الأقل.
دقة الملاحظة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
مهارات الاتصال الجيد.
القدرة على ترتيب وتنسيق أولويات العمل.
القدرة على إدارة وتحفيز الموظفين.
القدرة على إدارة فريق العمل.
قدرة عالية على تحليل واستخراج واستخدام المواد بشكل فعال لإنجاز الأعمال الموكلة.
إمكانية استخدام أجهزة المسح الإلكتروني الجديدة مثل محطة توتال.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Survey engineering, or civil engineering or equalivant in the same field.
(8) years at least experience in surveying and quantities.
Accurate observation and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to arrange and coordinate work priorities.
Ability to manage and motivate staff.
Ability to manage the work team.
High ability to analyze, extract and use materials effectively to accomplish the assigned work.
Ability to use the new electronical surveying devices such as Total Station.
High ability to collect and analyze data and prepare information and survey reports.
Good experience in engineering drawing programs such as Autocad.
Excellent skills computer applications.
Very good skills in English language.
Salary 5000-9000 SAR

قدرة عالية على جمع وتحليل البيانات وإعداد المعلومات وتقارير المسح.
خبرة جيدة في برامج الرسم الهندسي مثل أوتوكاد.
مهارات ممتازة في تطبيقات الحاسب الآلي.
مهارات جيدة جدا في اللغة الإنجليزية.
