Sea Freight Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Background and experience in shipping companies such as freight agents or ocean freight lines.
Very good relationship and connection with sea shipping lines.
Experience in regional marketing, account management, and customer relations
Demonstrate competence in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations with our peers regarding the differences in prices
Develop business relationships for designated leading industrial clients with prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration
Handling and resolving employees complaints.
Liaise with designated brokers to update reporting and evaluation procedures
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results in reports, such as action plans weekly, monthly and annual land analysis
Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely payment of suppliers to develop and build long-term competitive supply relationships.

Job Location: Jeddah or Dammam or Riyadh

المهارات
Experience using relevant software to track deliveries
At least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing and logistics.
Focus on meeting customer expectations while maintaining quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
Receiving shipment requests, and ensuring that all necessary procedures are completed and to meet the prescribed fees and taxes, whether in the exporting or importing country
field follow-up of cargo operations to and from ships in the area in which it works and to verify the follow-up of his subordinates and liaison officers in different countries and their implementation of the tasks entrusted to them, and coordinate with the concerned authorities to complete the papers, documents, and permits, etc., for the purpose of speedily completing inspections and clearance of goods possible
