THE POSITION
Planning and execution of the marketing strategies for the assigned products. Identification of market trends for strategic marketing. Developing and realizing all brand related qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for the application of existing and developing products in the marketing area.
Develop and maintain networks with relevant stakeholders and organizations of interest, for the purpose of strategic portfolio choices. Provide internal and external stakeholders with technical support in order to improve their business and to maximize collaboration opportunities with us within the legal framework.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Achieves short- and long-term financial targets and qualitative targets for the assigned brands.
• Prepares strategic marketing plans of assigned products in line with the global marketing strategy in order to achieve mid- and long-term brand targets.
• Develops and implements pricing policy.
• Conducts marketing research.
• Acquires and develops state of the art knowledge of market trends and marketing.
• Provides accurate sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Establishes strong network with internal functions (Global and Regional Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain, Customer Experience) and customers (Vets, Retail staff and Wholesalers).
• Provides proper communication and reports on key market developments and trends and brand performance to Head of BU and team members.
• Provide technical and product support on Product portfolio:
• Develop and present scientific content on products at launches and CPD events
• Technical and product training to Customer Care, Marketing, Sales and Digital Team.
• Provide technical/product support to Field Sales through customer interactions, on-site customer training, and handling customer inquiries.
• New employee product training
• Develop/adapt scientific communication material and training modules for the local market
• Provide technical support to other CA product managers on accuracy of scientific content on all promotional pieces.
• Ensures and supports compliance in marketing and promotions. Role models and oversees compliance and adherence to corporate SOP’s and procedures (e.g. Code of Conduct), local regulations, ethical standards and best practices as applicable.

- Bachelor Degree in Science or Veterinary
- Higher Diploma in Veterinary Nursing
