The Staff Nurse I (SN I) provides and coordinates patient care utilizing the nursing process. Care is delivered using a family/patient-centered approach and is guided by the AlDara Professional Practice Model. The SN I adheres to AlDara’s mission, vision and values and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality of patient care. S/he practices in accordance with the Codes of Ethics of the Ministry of Health and of the International Council of Nurses (ICN); core standards of care of designated work area; and AlDara policies and procedures. Is accountable for scope of clinical practice, escalating to manager matters that are outside own control or competence.
المهارات
Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience in a large acute/tertiary hospital
Minimum 1 year in relevant practice area preferred
Experience as preceptor/charge nurse in relevant practice area would be an asset
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Registered Nurse license in country of origin, with the ability to obtain registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
Certification in area of practice would be an asset
