Expected Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general construction
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience with fit-out projects
• Minimum 3 years Riyadh experience

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity
in “reading” the market
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
