Education Qualification:
• Bachelor s degree with excellent academic record.
• MBA preferred
Roles & Responsibility:
• Competency Handled digital transformation projects in Comms & Media Domain.
• Develop the business case for Digital opportunities
• Presenting recommendations and leading discussions with all levels of management including C level executives
• Setting product vision and communicating vision to stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining product roadmap
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams i.e., across Geos Structuring work plans and project scope to deliver business impact on high priority issues
• Synthesizing inputs identifying critical insights and developing compelling recommendations for both internal and external audiences
• Providing thought leadership and adhoc strategic advice to leaders across the company
• Delivery Strong understanding of business transformation digital software build and change delivery
• Experience in stakeholder mapping and management
• Creation of Business requirements and mapping to functional technical requirements
• Creation of Epics User stories and manage the product backlog
• Extensive experience in working with multiskilled teams UX Designers Software Engineers and QA Engineers on projects that cover a wide range of technical platforms
• Expert in using the PowerPoints Visio excel and other tools e.g., Jira to create the requirement documents
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for external suppliers or for inhouse implementation Demos and presentations to various stakeholders
• Personal Experience in building trusted advisor relationships
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• The ability to create clear concise and convincing communications including PowerPoint presentations
• Comfortable in business and technical discussions alike
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong people development and leadership skills able to manage multiple extended or virtual teams
• Growth mindset for yourself and others demonstrated track record of coaching and developing team members
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding the fundamental drivers of business success and competitive advantage
• Bachelor s degree and excellent academic record MBA preferred 10 years of consulting and/or industry experience with a background in strategy consulting business operations or business strategy of 5 years of People Management experience.
