Develop and implement action plans, in cooperation with sales team and General Manager to effectively position the brands in Riyadh.
Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross profit, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provide them with the support to meet these goals.
Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities of Riyadh branch.
Coach and develop sales staff to ensure excellent customer experience.
Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
Identify areas of improvement and develop corrective action plans.
المهارات
Preferable a Bachelor’s/Diploma holder with Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant work experience.
Preferable in B2B experience
Demonstrated experience in developing positive working relationships with customers
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Experience in Automotive Sales with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong personal, organizational and planning skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a valid vehicle Driving License issued by Saudi Arabia.
