Receipt of goods and delivery notification from the warehouse, or receipt of the invoice.
Daily inspection of the transport vehicle and filling in the daily checklist before and after the trip.
Make sure the car is clean, and wash it in case it is not clean.
Ensure that all supporting documents (insurance and license) are inside the vehicle and request that it be renewed if needed.
Carrying out goods and materials transport work according to the approved operating orders, between the company’s warehouses, customers, Shops and others.
Ensuring the safety of the vehicle and reporting any malfunctions before and during the trip.
Filling the vehicle’s fuel according to the relevant procedures.
Fill out the daily schedule form at the end of each trip.
Periodic inspection, filling in the daily and periodic maintenance schedule form for the vehicle, and requesting maintenance from his direct manager when needed
Receive supporting notices to complete the transfer process, and deliver them to the department.
Receive the supporting documents in the event of an accident or vehicle collapse and submit them to the transport department official / specialist.
Handing the vehicles over to the requesting administration after filling in the daily and periodic list for inspection and ascertaining their safety.
المهارات
A valid driver’s license, preferably possession of a school certificate.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in driving is preferred.
Proficiency in Arabic language, preferably knowledge of English.
