On behalf of a leading Home Furnish retailer with showrooms across the GCC markets, we are seeking a Training & Development Manager is responsible for providing support to the Head of Talent Development for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees.
Based in their Saudi Arabia or Kuwait office you will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives, identify, and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. In addition, this position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct annual training and evaluate individual as well as organizational development needs.
Develop training and development programs.
Administer training budget.
Implement various learning methods across the organization such as coaching, job-shadowing, online training.
Train and coach managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts.
Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development and training events.
Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Modify programs as needed.
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Work effectively as a team member with other members and managers.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
3-5 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to identify multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Ability to develop virtual training materials.
