Training Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to develop training center, to apply the company goals, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training .

‏Responsibilities:

‏- Identify and assess future and current training needs through products.

‏- review/enhance the training programs.

‏- Manage the training teams

‏- improving a training system and monitoring the performance.

‏- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

‏- Manage training budget

‏- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs

‏Necessary:

‏-Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

‏Requirements

‏- location : Riyadh

المهارات

‏- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods

‏- Excellent communication and leadership skills

‏- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

‏- At lest 6 years of experience in the same field

‏- Fluent English
