Assists with HSE incident investigations and reports, as needed; may accompany an injured employee for treatment and medical evaluation.
Assists with case management and/or following up on occupational injuries/illnesses.
Conducts and leads HSE audits and inspections.
Coaches with respect to JSAs, at-risk activities, unsafe conditions, and safety improvement opportunities.
Monitors and coaches’ employees in order to improve skill level to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards of HSE processes.
Participates and leads daily HSE Toolbox meetings.
المهارات
Acceptable level of Computer and English skills are mandatory in verbal communication and writing.
Physical, body and health fitness must be at acceptable strength and condition.
Able / accept to work at different shift schedule (as per operations requirement).
Education & Experience:
Typically, at least four years of HSE or related experience in a manufacturing, oilfield or similar environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic HSE Courses (Risk Management, Firefighting, First Aid).
Technical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Basic knowledge Local HSE regulations.
Technician position within the HSE department learning to apply basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted procedures.
Ability to identify deviations from standards.
Basic knowledge of HSE programs preferred (LOTO, MOC, SPRP, BBS, JSA, HIRA, HAZID & Incident Investigation).
