• Minimum 10 12 years experience in a similar field with a record in strategic initiatives. A master s degree in business administration and professional information technology certifications is a plus such as ITIL, TOGAF, and supplementary certifications such as SCRUM or PMI.
• Prior government related consultancy work would be recommended.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in information technology, products development, or a related field.

Basic Tasks:
• Oversee development and handover of strategic projects to support executing meantime priority reforms initiatives in the Ministry.
• Provide guidance to ensure the development and implementation of initiatives in line with priorities to meet the Ministry’s goals and policy trends.
• Plan, monitor and oversee high-priority strategic initiatives and lead internal collaboration with the Ministry s officials, as well as lead strategic collaboration across sectors to enhance Deputyship s priorities.
• Ensure that the initiatives planning, and implementation is compliant with all HSSE regulations, and in line with any changes in rules and regulations affecting the initiatives .
• Monitor the development and planning of the initiative’s budget by defining resources and service levels based on priorities, objectives and results.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, government rules and regulations for funding requirements.
• Direct and prepare a variety of statistical, financial and operational reports and studies.
• Lead the development of digital products, policies, procedures and operations.
• Ensure compliance of digital products with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of digital products against KPIs and targets on a regular basis and recommend improvements.
• Lead product technical tests and ensure the solution s stability, security, and durability before launching the product.
• Monitor license portal and ensure that all available services are working properly.
• Analyze and review license portal and required reports to improve user experience.
• Oversee the initiative execution and requirements for registration process.
• Ensure that all applicable rules and policies for work permits are in place inside the system.
• Develop customers journeys to influence main customer segments and grab their attention.
• Monitor and evaluate technical and operational effectiveness for city supervision center.
• Counseling and strategic recommendations for leadership in order to develop, assess and implement new or modified operation policies, practices and procedures.
• Manage and/ or provide daily leadership for different technical and professional employees or administrative staff involved in various dashboards.
• Submit regular reports for various KPIs to the required dashboard in order to monitor city performance.
