Purpose of the Job
The Senior HRBP takes a lead role on services of HR Function, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery, providing HR expertise and guidance to employees, analyzing metrics and trends of HR department and resolve complex employee relations issues. Aligning employees to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, developing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes.
Reporting
• The Senior HR Business Partner will report to Head of People, Admin, Communication & CSR Confidential Holding LLC.
Key Accountabilities
Perform high level HR duties across organization structure planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment, disciplinaries etc.…
Provide robust advice relating to Saudi Labour Law, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Lead in the onboarding process of new team members
Ensures data accuracy and reporting for HRIS
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Assist with the execution of full employment life cycle
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs
Process employees ‘queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
المهارات
Degree / Experience
8 to 10 years’ experience as a HR Specialist including 3 years in a senior role
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Specific Knowledge / skills
Knowledge of employment lifecycle
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
Language
Proficient in English and Arabic, French is a plus
Location/travel
• KSA, Riyadh.
Salary Budget- SAR 19,000- 23,000
