الوصف الوظيفي The Data Privacy Business Analyst will be responsible for driving the business-related activities on an enterprise level of data privacy program with Cognizant customers, and working as an integral part of the Cognizant business team. You will work closely with the Cognizant Customers (in particular, Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) team) and other Cognizant members. The key personal attributes important for this role are strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in the context of data protection and privacy. Responsibilities & Duties: • Participate in business discussions and presentations to business stakeholders and DPP team • Work with the data privacy SME and business analysts to complete business-related documentation such as guidelines, processes and presentations • Assess current-state business controls & processes, identify gaps and provide recommendations • Analysis of available documentation (including policies, processes and regulations) as a part of the current state assessment • Participate in project planning activities, by providing the right estimates as SME • Participate in regular daily scrums and weekly project reviews with the client • Assessments and any other data subject rights under relevant data protection legislation. • Assisting the business with developing procedures, controls and protocols relating to the privacy and data protection risks • Ensure coordination with departments to gather and document specific requirements regarding data protection and privacy • Establish working relationships with relevant business and technical stakeholders المهارات • Foundation level Data Protection qualification/certificate is required • CIPP/E, CIPM or other relevant qualifications (desirable) • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) • Strong client service orientation. • Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload. • Ability to work well in both a team and individually • Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people across the business • Fluency in English language.
