الوصف الوظيفي Work in Data Protection & Privacy Program to ensure that Data Protection & Privacy requirements for all new and existing legislations are developed; manage the consultation to all departments on Data Protection and Privacy requirements to ensure adherence to Data protection & Privacy policies, procedures and standards; manage the periodic data protection and privacy checks; ensure that rules are properly configured in data protection related solutions Responsibilities & Duties: • Developing, reviewing, maintaining and implementing data privacy policies and procedures. • Develop, document, and assess appropriate metrics and KPIs of the Data & Data Protection & Privacy program • Lead the design and implementation of Data Protection and Privacy policies, procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high impact and achieving results effectively and efficiently • Responding to day to day queries on data protection issues. • Provide advice and guidance to the business in respect of Data Protection & Privacy • Ensure the team follows up with changes in laws and regulatory frameworks and collaborate with Governance and Compliance to ensure compliance of Privacy frameworks by providing new recommendations in policies and check activities • Keep abreast industry best practices in data protection in order to apply relevant features • Implement and ensure the achievement of strategy, aspirations and Data Protection & Privacy objective • Assisting the business with developing procedures, controls and protocols relating to the privacy and data protection risks • Provide advice and guidance to the business areas by pro-active support and involvement in business projects • Data Protection Impact assessment in support of identifying and minimize the data protection risks in current and new business demands • Develop all Data Protection & Privacy requirements based on leading practices, international standards and local regulatory frameworks المهارات • CIPP/E, CIPM or other relevant qualifications is required • Demonstrate deep knowledge of data privacy, data handling and data classification. • Capable of conducting data privacy compliance reviews and audits. • Have the ability to develop awareness and communications at all levels within the global firm. • Strong client service orientation. • Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload. • Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people across the business • Fluency in English language.
