الوصف الوظيفي The Marketing Manager oversees and develops marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, campaigns, or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and business goals. Marketing Manager works with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategies as well as external parties like news and media organizations to promote events and campaigns. 2. Organization Relationships · Reporting to: Chief Strategy Officer · Responsible for: Marketing Activities · Liaises With: Marketing Partners, agencies, and Internally with all Head of Department 3. Position Accountability /Job Duties: · Develop and implement the marketing execution strategy as part of a wider marketing plan · Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and advertising to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective · Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management · Monitor and report on competitor activity · Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities · Oversee and manage the marketing budget. · Create awareness of and develop the brand of Company as per the Marketing strategy · Organize Educational Leaflets, Booklets, Brochures other promotional material related to services and arrange for its distribution thru the proper channels. · Maintain a strong database of external advertising agencies, select and negotiate terms and conditions to empanel the suitable external agency to manage branding for the department/products/services. · Maintain appropriate filing/database system for Business growth. · Prepare annual advertising/marketing plan for to promote services, through variety of Media (Mass, print, Air and outdoor) that meets company objectives. · Prepare annual advertisement budget in consultation with HOD and is accordance with the business plan. · Coordinate with external agencies with respect to media selection, negotiation for fair rates with various publications in consultations with HOD. · Receive advertising material, review, proofread and finalize artwork and send the finalized copy to HOD for approval. · Maintain inventory of all artworks received from design and marketing companies to ensure adequate supplies for current and future use. · Prepare and present new ideas of advertising to fulfill the target of attracting new clients. · Receive and respond effectively and efficiently to all incoming requests from Company Management for purpose of advertising any new Services related to department. · Update websites and continuous advertising of services in All Social Networks. · Organize adverting campaigns and marketing activities. Send advertising Messages on Regular Basis. · Generate reports to HOD to monitor results and ensure the implementation of marketing services according to Company policy & procedure and/ or Media and Marketing department. · Collaborating with sales and other teams to plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns · Managing campaign budgets to ensure projects stay within outlined parameters. · Planning, implementing, and improving promotional and lead-generation campaigns. · Measuring, evaluating, and providing analyses on results of marketing campaigns. · Preparing reports to communicate results and success of campaigns to CSO. · Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions. · Maintain clients databases, conduct market research, use available tools collect customer feedbacks. · Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. · Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.
