الوصف الوظيفي • Develop and executes account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. • Ensure successful and timely completion of pilot projects & customer demos. • Confirm customer’s needs to ensure their retention. • Promote and sell EBD business services and solutions. • Manage customer’s expectations to ensure their satisfaction. • Report and highlight all activities, issues and market trends and latest technology developments. • Resolve conflicts & ensure customer satisfaction. • Seek excellence in the design & implementation of customer demos or pilot projects. • Support the Area Sales Manager on strategic issues. • Define the scope, resources requirements and timeline. • Execute the projects and ensure a timely and successful completion. • Monitor report the progress of implementing major EBD initiatives.
