Responsibilities:
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns on all channels (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok).
Measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns by reporting on key performance indicators (conversion rate, CAC, ROI, etc.).
Be knowledgeable with data and leverage analytics tools and resources to understand and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
Has deep knowledge of Paid Social tracking and measurement strategies and tactics from implementation to reporting.
Be a key driver of continued innovation and experimenting.
Meet deadlines and KPIs for multiple projects.
4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing roles.

Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with handling large data sets.
Self-driven, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
