Contribute to attracting employees with well-established skills, qualifications, and capabilities, developing their skills and retaining them within the office team
Directing and supervising Communication staff
Supervising the performance of subordinate employees and setting the desired goals to ensure effective internal and external communication related to the organization strategy
Responsible for preparing the necessary internal training courses related to the procedures, tools, and forms of the organization
Oversee the planning and implementation of events and activities related to internal and external communications,
Develop innovative and effective communication strategies, their implementation and monitoring process
Supporting the process of circulating the visual identity of the organization
Supervising and coordinating internally and externally regarding the implementation of communication processes and launching campaigns according to the unified communication schedule
Ensure the dissemination of information on all current and new initiatives and projects and details of progress with all employees of the organization.
Ensuring the consistency of messages internally and externally, and the compliance of its requirements
Supervising coordination with approved communication channels and preparing media content reports
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as media, social sciences, public relations, business administration, marketing)
10+ years of experience in designing and implementing communication-related activities
