Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Embrace the Customer 1 st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety of others. Job Responsibilities • Filling the shelves and preparing the storage area • Assist with order processing • Work according to the required standards and plans • Implementation of hygiene standards at the level of product handling and handling. • Print, attach or change price tags on system-based product prices. • Ensure products are removed near expiration. • Clean the display area, shelves and aisles. • Welcoming the professional customers, making sure to satisfy them, dealing with them kindly, showing a smile when dealing with them, and responding to their requests and needs. • Ability to identify Key Value Products (KVI) and their sales • Ability to define terminology of products and prices. • The ability to provide product information to customers upon request, using appropriate communication techniques • Arrange products to meet customers' requests according to item standards, policy and procedures • Knowledge of order procedures using softwares • Knowing the company's policy and practical procedures, such as return and refund. • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. • Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained. • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management. • Notify management of customer or employee accidents. • Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud. • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/assistant-department-manager-wholesale-store-مساعد-مدير-قسم-سوق-جملة-4482549/ |
