Your role: The HR manager must be proficient in recruitment and hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and consulting with leadership on the needs of employees. Develop HR policies and procedures across the organization. Manage all government entities-related tasks, Lead the communication with the GOSI, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Exterior, Ministry of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Defence, ZATCA, VAT regulations, and other Saudi Government areas. The human resources manager will be responsible for three primary functions: overseeing department processes, managing employees, and supervising government relations.
المهارات
Must Haves: 8 to 10 years of experience in Human resources and Government relations. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources management. Good in Arabic and English is an advantage. MSO Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ERP systems such as Odoo, Oracle, or SAP.
